Promtek takes its role in industry very seriously and invests heavily in effective management and governance.
As key contractors for many of our customers, we must demonstrate to auditors each year that we are fit to do business in their industry sectors. Promtek’s financial year runs from 1st May to 30th April. Even though we are a Limited Liability company, our accounts are audited to the same standard as a publicly listed company at the request of our board of directors.
Health and Safety Management
As an electrical contractor and a specialist in weigher calibrations we take our health and safety responsibilities very seriously. We have made a copy of our Health and Safety Policy available to the public to demonstrate our commitment to our staff.
Our electrical panel manufacturing and software engineering facilities consume significant amounts of electricity and raw materials, while our office operations generate paper and consumable waste. A copy of our Environmental Policy is available in electronic format, as part of our drive to reduce, reuse and recycle as much as possible.
We have operated a quality management system at Promtek to ISO9001 standard since 2003, which is audited every year by NQA. A copy of our Quality Policy is available as well as a copy of our ISO9001:2008 certificate.
